Scale | FinTech (2023)

Our 2023 PwC Scale | FinTech cohort has launched and we’re excited to be working with our chosen scale-ups to help solve the important problems of today. The programme is focused on Tech or Tech-enabled scale-ups that have solutions for a broad range of sectors within the UK and internationally, and builds on the success of the previous versions run over the last five years. Having assessed over 1000 tech companies, we are excited to be working with our cohort of 9, picked to join our ten week programme for 2023.

What is PwC Scale?

The programme is delivered in collaboration with GrowthBuilders over ten weeks, and is designed to facilitate collaboration between established leaders of industry and high growth tech scale-ups, to drive co-creation, partnerships and tap into new ways of enabling profitability, growth and innovation.

During the programme the cohort will benefit from a world class business curriculum designed to build fast growth, long lasting businesses, covering topics such as sales and marketing, operational growth, fundraising, and leading through growth. They also gain access to experts from across PwC's technology practice.

The programme concludes with the Scale | FinTech Executive Events, where the cohort pitches to industry leaders from PwC’s network.

Bleckwen

Bleckwen offers SaaS fraud prevention solutions, based on AI, for lenders and retail banks to help them complete their protection against lending fraud. The machine learning models work with over 200 variables to detect fraudulent loan applications in real time and solve problems such as low detection rates, high false positives and residual fraud slipping through existing solutions.
