EC adopts new European Sustainability Reporting Standards

On 31 July 2023, the European Commission formally adopted the 12 European Sustainability Reporting Standards. The standards set out the detailed reporting requirements for the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, which the first companies fall into scope of from 1 January 2024.
