FCA seeking views on firms' sustainability - related governance and culture

The FCA published on 10 February 2023 a discussion paper (DP23/1) on Finance for positive sustainable change: governance, incentives and competence in regulated firms. It asks for views on how regulated firms are approaching governance and culture with regards to a broad range of sustainability topics. The discussion paper also contains a series of commissioned articles written by external groups that cover aspects of the key topics covered by the consultation. The FCA is seeking to encourage an industry-wide dialogue, highlight good practices and consider whether further regulatory intervention is necessary.
