Vicky Hatton, Toby Banfield and David Baxendale of PwC were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the following companies on 20 September 2023:

10. Interserve Developments No. 4 Limited

11. Interserve Developments No. 2 Limited

12. West’s Group International Limited

13. Interserve Engineering Limited

14. Broomco (4110) Limited

15. Triangle Training Holdings Limited

16. Triangle Training Limited

17. Edinburgh Haymarket Developments Limited

18. Orient Gold Limited

The appointments reflect the continued wind down of a much larger portfolio of group companies, which has been ongoing for a number of years, through a mixture of financial restructuring and disposal transactions of the major trading divisions.  The appointments will substantially complete the wind down of the majority of the remaining group operations. A small number of entities will continue to operate outside an insolvency process.

Victoria Hatton, Mark James Tobias Banfield and David Robert Baxendale have been appointed as Joint Liquidators of the group to manage its affairs, business, and property as its agents and without personal liability. The Joint Liquidators are licensed in the United Kingdom to act as insolvency practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

The Joint Liquidators are bound by the Insolvency Code of Ethics which can be found at: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/insolvency-practitioner-code-of-ethics.

The Joint Liquidators may act as controllers of personal data as defined by UK data protection law depending upon the specific processing activities undertaken. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP may act as a processor on the instructions of the Joint Liquidators. Personal data will be kept secure and processed only for matters relating to the Joint Liquidators appointment.
