We are proud to sponsor the UK Pavilion at COP28. We have an established heritage of working with organisations across the private and public sector to turn their climate ambitions into action. We know that, to make real progress, sustainability needs to be at the heart of business strategy, operational delivery, and reporting – it can no longer be a separate agenda.
We regularly convene sustainability leaders from across sectors and industries, to share knowledge and best practice, with the aim to help everyone move further, faster. Through our support of the UK Pavilion at COP28, we aim to bring leaders together to explore how solutions including finance, technology and innovation can drive a just energy transition and contribute to a net zero, nature positive future.
Driving action requires the collaboration of governments and business leaders across the globe. We’re playing our part and supporting businesses to front the charge for change and turn climate ambitions into action. Our team will join the discussions across COP28, sharing their insights on how, together, we can make our climate actions count.
“We're proud to support the UK's Pavilion at COP28 and we're committed to working with the UK Government on the transition to net zero. Driving the energy transition and other areas of action requires collaboration between governments and business leaders, and we're playing our part by supporting both the public and private sector to turn climate ambitions into action to deliver an economy that is decarbonised, fair and balanced with nature.”

“With COP28 rapidly approaching, the need to galvanise real action on Net Zero is greater than ever. From adjusting their approach on carbon pricing, to introducing climate-related requirements in supply contracts, business leaders across the board are taking practical actions that others can draw from. Technology and good data management are critical enablers of change, freeing up teams to do the strategic thinking and problem-solving that can only come from the truly agile human mind.”

“From advances in alternative power sources and fuels such as hydrogen, to the development of entirely new energy systems, the energy sector can balance growth with decarbonisation. In order to thrive and meet the evolving expectations of consumers, investors and regulators, operators need to look at addressing the various complexities of the managed transition. This will mean redefining markets, incorporating sustainable technologies and delivering new products and services in new ways.”

“This is the time for urgent action. Organisations are starting to feel the impact of regulation and their reputation will be exposed to new risks. Nature loss, biodiversity and resource depletion must be prioritised to protect our natural world. Nature positive strategies will secure the future of business and our planet as one. The challenge of sustainability feels vast, however the answer is progress, not perfection.”
