Toby Banfield and Zelf Hussain of PwC were appointed as Joint Administrators of Nasstar Group Limited ("the Company") on 13 September 2024.
The Company is a non-trading holding entity. Its primary asset is shares in its wholly owned subsidiary Nasstar Limited, which in turn owns a number of trading subsidiaries.
Following appointment, contracts were exchanged to sell the Company’s shares in Nasstar Limited to Togo Bidco Limited. Nasstar Limited and its subsidiaries continue to trade as normal and no operations are impacted by this transaction.
The sale is subject to receiving National Security and Investment Act clearance. During the period between exchange and completion, the Joint Administrators would consider any third party offers for the shares that would result in a better outcome to creditors.
