PwC UK Deals practice admits 11 new partners

PwC UK has further strengthened its Deals practice with the promotion of 11 new equity partners from July 2024.

There are promotions to partner across the Lead Advisory, Restructuring and Forensics, Transactions and Value Creation and Realisation teams. More than half of the new partner group will be based outside of London. 

  • Nick Barlow and Karen Best have been admitted as partners in the Lead Advisory team, who uncover value, implement strategies and deliver solutions, covering the end-to-end deal.

  • Mark Gregory, Craig Fitzpatrick and James Lewin are appointed partners in the Restructuring and Forensics team, which supports businesses through complex financial, operational and strategic challenges across all regions in the UK and investigating and remediating financial crime, managing crisis situations and resolving disputes.

  • David Pedler, Tim De-Beger, Alan Hendry and Tom Williams have been admitted as partners in the Transactions team, who combine financial, commercial and operational expertise with data-driven insights to create value across all stages of the deal lifecycle.

  • Laura Morroll and Shamil Ganatra are appointed as partners in the Value Creation and Realisation team.

As well as the admission of 11 new equity partners to the Deals Leadership Team, UK Head of Deals, Lucy Stapleton has been appointed Global Head of Deals for the PwC network.
