PwC appoints Elisabeth Hunt as Energy & Resources Sector Leader

PwC UK has announced the appointment of Elisabeth Hunt as Energy & Resources Sector Leader. Liz brings more than two decades of experience in the sector to her new role, including the last seven years as the firm’s Energy & Infrastructure Deals Tax Leader.

Liz has advised on numerous high profile upstream resources, energy services, renewables and infrastructure deals, in the UK and abroad, leveraging her experience in the sector and her experience of advising investors of private capital.  Her clients include leading institutional, financial and sovereign investors, multinational oil and gas companies and public utilities.

In her new role, she will lead the energy and resources team, focused on supporting clients operating in the sector on their journey to net-zero and as they tackle today’s challenges related to energy security, stability and the reshaping of supply chains and infrastructure. Passionate about the industry’s need to attract and retain diverse talent, Liz also supports the POWERful Women initiative, striving for a gender-balanced, diverse and inclusive UK energy sector.
