PwC’s annual Bristol charity quiz raises £8,700 for the Bristol Sport Foundation

PwC’s annual Deals quiz, which brought together 18 teams from Bristol’s Corporate Finance community, raised an impressive £8,700 for the Bristol Sport Foundation, which develops and delivers community sports programmes to children across the city. This was the 21st annual quiz, with a total raised for charities across Bristol and the South West over that period totalling c.£160,000.
This year’s quiz was, as ever, hotly contested, with Burges Salmon’s Corporate team taking the spoils.
Tom Ayerst, PwC’s Market Senior Partner in Bristol, said:
“It’s always a pleasure to host our annual quiz; it gives us the opportunity to bring together Bristol’s deals community to socialise, build new connections and have a bit of fun. But the main point of the night is the fundraising and I’m delighted that so much has been raised for another very worthy cause in the region. I’d like to thank all of our attendees for their generosity.”
