Restructuring and insolvency specialist Sarah O’Toole joins PwC UK as a partner

PwC UK has further enhanced its market-leading Restructuring and Insolvency team with the key hire of Sarah O’Toole as a partner. Sarah will operate from the firm’s Manchester office. Sarah is a restructuring and insolvency specialist with more than 20 years’ experience advising companies in the North West of England needing turnaround and restructuring advice. At a time when there is an increase in restructuring activity, Sarah’s appointment is central in continuing the firm’s efforts to guide clients through persistent financial pressures.   

PwC continues to invest in its teams. Sarah’s appointment bolsters an already extensive practice of more than 500 restructuring and insolvency specialists, operating in major cities and regions across the UK.
