The PwC Raise | Ventures team are pleased to announce that it has advised ORCHA in securing their Series A investment from Maven Capital Partners, alongside participation by undisclosed parties.
ORCHA helps assess and distribute digital health solutions to private, local, and national healthcare providers to improve patient experience. They use a systematic approach in assessing, accrediting, deploying and embedding digital health technologies into clinical services and pathways.
The investment will strengthen the company’s offering globally, including increasing its success in Europe and developing a US presence. The business will invest in its technology and look to increase headcount as they grow their operations.
The PwC team advising on the deal were Cara Haffey and Richard Abrahams.
Liz Ashall-Payne, co-founder and CEO at ORCHA, said:
“We are delighted that Maven chose to invest in ORCHA and our vision to improve the lives of people with the best digital health. The market is growing exponentially, and with Maven's help, we are better placed to ensure people access only safe and effective products that will improve health systems and change lives.”
Richard Abrahams, PwC Raise | Ventures, said:
“It has been a pleasure to have supported the whole ORCHA management team throughout their fundraising process. We look forward to following ORCHA’s growth journey as the management team takes the business to that next level with the support from Maven Capital Partners.”
Dean Cox, investment director at Maven Capital Partners, said:
“We believe ORCHA is well placed to capitalise on the heightened demand from national and local healthcare providers, both in the public and private sectors, for accreditation and assurance in digital health.”
