Pullever Limited - in administration ("the Company")

Toby Scott Underwood and Alison Campbell Grant were appointed as joint administrators of the Company on 13 October 2020. The company operated a care home in Sheffield called Newfield Nursing Home. Prior to the date of appointment, all the residents had either been moved to another care home or discharged on a care plan. This has resulted in the company being placed into administration, with the redundancy of all employees (except for a small number who have been retained for a short period). A sale process for a vacant possession of the care home is currently underway.

Change of administrator

Edward Williams replaced Toby Scott Underwood as joint administrator effective from 30 November 2021.

Uncashed Cheques

Dividend cheques that remained outstanding have now been paid over to the Insolvency Service unclaimed monies account. We are no longer able to deal with uncashed cheques or requests that they be reissued and instead, any creditor who has not yet banked their cheque should contact the Insolvency Service directly to claim their dividend.

Please note that The Insolvency Service may require creditors to provide proof of ID/confirm their details to claim any amount due to them held in the unclaimed monies account. Creditors can contact The Unclaimed Monies Team at the address below: customerservices.EAS@insolvency.gov.uk.
