Rivus Fleet Solutions Limited
Tim Higgins, Jane Steer and Zelf Hussain of PwC have been appointed as Joint Administrators of Rivus Fleet Solutions Limited (“the Company”). The appointment was made on 21 June 2024.
Immediately following appointment a sale of the majority of Rivus Fleet Solutions (“the Company”) and its assets was transacted to the Metropolitan Police Service (the Met) in a deal that safeguards 165 jobs and secures the delivery of crucial services to the Met.
Headquartered in Birmingham, the Company provided fleet management and repairs and maintenance services for fleets of light commercial vehicles. The Company’s main customer, representing over 85% of the business, was the Met, which will now deliver elements of the service in house.
The sale has no impact on the trading business of Rivus’ sister Pullman Fleet Solutions Limited (trading as Rivus HGV).
