Pharmaceutical Industry

Background:

One of our key clients in pharmaceutical industry was facing severe challenges with introducing new business models, limited by its heterogeneous application landscape, which was essential for competitiveness and sustainable growth. The client had embarked on a multi-year, strategic, Business-led, IT-enabled global program that aims to drive, enable and activate the end-to-end transformation of its business, processes and systems, including the implementation of SAP S/4HANA as a new ERP solution.

What did we do?

We led the program with a (hybrid) agile approach which is aligned with SAP Activate and based on an Azure Boards (ADO) and Solution Manager Focused Build toolchain. We leveraged SAP Signavio in the E2E design of business processes, including the E2E process hierarchy and process governance. We supported the client in the setup of the process governance in Signavio including definition of attributes, naming conventions and BPMN 2.0 standards. We guided the client to set up a lean and transparent E2E process governance from the very beginning of the transformation and take the first but a crucial step towards a process driven organisation.

Engineering Industry

Who:

One of our foremost clients in the engineering industry with global operations across 85+ countries, and has embarked on a SAP S/4HANA for Central Finance (CFIN) greenfield transformation. The company has a complex mesh of processes covering and the scope of the programme covered Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Deliver, Tax, Treasury, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report to support its daily operations.

What did we do?

We have implemented SAP Signavio to enable process transformation by mapping processes and aligning them with the client’s technology landscape. We have leveraged Signavio's process collaboration capability to enable global adoption, giving the business full visibility of the future processes. This has really helped embed transparency across the operational processes and brought to life potential synergies to be had throughout the chain. We managed the business process lifecycle through fit-to-standard phases with the right level of rigour on Signavio process management, which enabled transparency and supported efficient process governance throughout the design and into the deployment.
