Update - Joint Application - Subordinated debt and other Affiliate relationship issues - Rescheduling of Case Management Conference - 27 February 2013
On 18 February 2013, Lehman Brothers International (Europe) (in administration) and other UK affiliates announced that they had issued a joint application to seek a determination on various issues concerning their shareholding and other relationships (the “Joint Application”).
The Joint Application as originally filed stated a date of 1 March 2013 for a Case Management Conference (“CMC”). Following agreement between the parties, the CMC has now been rescheduled for 27 March 2013. The CMC has been listed for the whole day.
