Update – Waterfall I Application (the “Application”) – Appeal Hearing – Skeleton Arguments and Daily Transcripts - 25 March 2015

The parties to the Application filed the following skeleton arguments in advance of the Appeal Hearing (which commenced on 23 March 2015 and is due to conclude on 27 March 2015):

• Appellant's Skeleton Argument of the LBL Administrators
• Appellant's Skeleton Argument of the LBHI2 Administrators
• Appellant's Skeleton Argument of LBHI
• Respondent's Skeleton Argument of the LBIE Administrators
• Respondent's Skeleton Argument of the LBL Administrators
• Respondent's Skeleton Argument of the LBHI2 Administrators
• Respondent's Skeleton Argument of CVI

The order of Mr Justice David Richards dated 19 May 2014 that is being appealed can be found here.

The parties have engaged a transcriber to produce daily transcripts of the hearing. The transcripts produced so far can be found below.  Moving forward, the LBIE Administrators intend to post each daily transcript on the LBIE website the following business day.  Please note that:

• the transcripts are published in the form received from the transcriber (i.e. prior to review by any party to the Application and without corrections);
• the LBIE Administrators reserve the right to post an amended version of a transcript should they consider it necessary, but accept no responsibility for doing so; and
• the LBIE Administrators are posting such transcripts solely for the convenience of interested third parties and neither they nor any other party to the Application make any representation as to the accuracy of such transcripts nor accept any responsibility for any inaccuracies contained within them.
