Update - Waterfall II Application (the â Applicationâ ) â Third Tranche Hearing â Written Closing Submissions in respect of German Law Issues â 25 November 2015

On 24 November 2015, during the hearing of the third tranche of issues before Mr Justice Hildyard and following the oral evidence of Judge Gero Fischer for Wentworth and Professor Peter O. Mülbert for the Senior Creditor Group, the Senior Creditor Group and Wentworth made their closing submissions in respect of Issues 20 and 21 on 24 and 25 November 2015.
