Update – Waterfall II Application (the “Application”) – Amended Application Notice - 19 May 2015

On 9 March 2015 a case management conference (the “CMC”) was held before Mr Justice David Richards in respect of the Application. Further to the CMC, the parties agreed, and the Judge approved, a directions order (the “Order”) which was posted on the website by the Joint Administrators on 7 May 2015.

Further to paragraph 1 of the Order, an Amended Application Notice was filed at Court on 13 May 2015. A copy of the Amended Application Notice can be found here.
