Update – Waterfall II Application (the “Application”) – Goldman Sachs International's (“GSI”) Position Paper in reply to that of Wentworth and the Joint Administrators in relation to the Third Tranche Hearing - 7 September 2015
Pursuant to paragraph 6 of the Order of Mr Justice David Richards sealed on 26 June 2015, GSI has filed a position paper in reply to that filed by Wentworth on 14 August 2015 and that filed by the Joint Administrators dated 20 August 2015 on issues 11, 12 and 13 in the Application.
