Update - Waterfall II Application (the "Application") - Parts A & B Appeals (the “Appeals”) - Skeleton Argument - 20 June 2016

On 20 January 2016, the Joint Administrators notified creditors that pursuant to the permission to appeal granted in the Part A Order and Part B Order of Mr Justice David Richards, the respondents had filed Appellant’s Notices and Grounds of Appeal on 13 November 2015, and that the Court of Appeal had ordered an extension to the deadline for the filing of skeleton arguments (that update is available here).  

On 18 March 2016, the Civil Appeals Office approved that the Court of Appeal order, dated 4 December 2015, be further varied in respect of the submission for the respondent's skeleton arguments (that update is available here).    

In accordance with the extension to the timetable, the Joint Administrators filed their respondent's skeleton argument in the Appeals on 17 June 2016, a copy of which can be found below:   

• the Joint Administrators' respondent’s skeleton argument in respect of Parts A and B.
