Jump 4U Limited

Cancellation of Service

As you may be aware, on 15 September 2014 Jump 4U Limited entered administration and Robert John Moran, Robert Jonathan Hunt and Ian David Green (each licenced insolvency practitioners of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP) were appointed as administrators ("the Administrators").

Following a review of the business of Jump 4U Limited (in administration) ("Jump"), the Administrators have determined that with effect from 23 November 2014, Jump will shut down its business and will cease to provide services to Jump customers under their Jump contracts.  No further payments will be collected from any Jump customer after 24 October 2014 however, Jump customers continued to receive the data back up and technical support services for which they pay under their Jump contracts until 23 November 2014.  From 24 October 2014 Jump will waive any future payments that Jump customers may be obliged to make under their contracts.

All Jump customers will be entitled to retain their mobile handsets.

Jump customers should be aware that their contract for airtime is separate from their contract with Jump, as such, the airtime contract is unaffected by this announcement. Please contact your airtime provider if you have any queries regarding this contract.
