Creditors can submit their claims to the Joint Liquidators at Level 8, Central Square, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL. A claim form can be accessed here. 

As advised in our progress report for the period 19 July 2021 to 18 January 2022, we are now reporting to creditors on an annual basis, in accordance with the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding up) Rules 2018. Accordingly, our next report to creditors will be for the period 19 January 2022 to 18 January 2023 and delivered, via our case website, by the end of February 2023.

We regret to advise that Michael Jervis, one of the joint liquidators of Carillion (AMBS) Limited, sadly passed away on 4 January 2023.

In order to ensure the continued progression of the liquidation, an application was made to the Court to appoint Adam Seres and Toby Banfield as replacement liquidators of Carillion (AMBS) Limited. This application was granted and Adam Seres and Toby Banfield were appointed joint liquidators of Carillion (AMBS) Limited on 22 March 2023.    David Kelly continues to act as joint liquidator.

David Kelly, Adam Seres and Toby Banfield are licensed in the United Kingdom to act as insolvency practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
