CTS Group Holdings Limited and CTS Group Midco Limited in Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation ("the Companies")

On 27 August 2024, CTS Group Holdings Limited and CTS Group Midco Limited entered creditors’ voluntary liquidation and Helen Wheeler-Jones, Peter David Dickens and David Robert Baxendale were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Companies. The activity of the Companies was that of holding companies.
