On 3 March 2021, D.D.D Limited was placed into CVL and Rachael Maria Wilkinson and Robert Nicholas Lewis were appointed as joint liquidators .
The Joint Administrators are pleased to announce that they have successfully completed the sale of the business and assets of D.D.D. Limited to Dendron Brands Limited, a company controlled by Phoenix Labs Limited.
Mike Denny and Rob Lewis were appointed Joint Administrators of D.D.D. Limited ("DDD") by the Directors on 28th February 2020.
Rachael Wilkinson replaced Mike Denny as the lead appointment taker on 4 January 2021.
DDD is a family-owned business, founded in 1912 and based in Watford. It develops, manufactures and distributes a range of healthcare, beauty and pharmaceutical products both locally and internationally. DDD owns a number of brands including Astral, Dentinox and Snufflebabe, and also provides manufacturing and development services to third parties.
The administrators had been trading the business with a reduced workforce seeking a buyer for the business having made a number of redundancies immediately following the appointment.

Rachael Maria Wilkinson and Robert Nicholas Lewis have been appointed as joint liquidators of D.D.D. Limited to manage its affairs, business and property as its agents without personal liability.
