Rawson Brook Group Holdings Limited - formerly in Administration, now in Liquidation

Jane Steer, Timothy Higgins and Peter Dickens of PwC were appointed as joint administrators of Rawson Brook Group Holdings Limited on 24 March 2023.

On 8 November 2024, Rawson Brook Group Holdings Limited was placed into Creditors Voluntary Liquidation, and Jane Steer, Timothy Higgins and Peter Dickens were appointed as joint liquidators.

 

Jane Steer, Peter Dickens and Timothy Higgins have been appointed as joint liquidators of Rawson Brook Group Holdings Limited to manage its affairs, business and property, and act without personal liability. All are licensed in the United Kingdom to act as insolvency practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

EMB Realisations Limited - in Administration

Jane Steer, Timothy Higgins and Peter Dickens of PwC were appointed as joint administrators of EMB Realisations Limited on 24 March 2023.

Change of name

On 15 June 2023 Eco Modular Buildings Limited changed its name to EMB Realisations Limited.
