Notice of the results of the resolutions raised at the initial meeting of creditors
An initial meeting of creditors was held on 3 April 2020 for the purposes of voting on the Administrators’ proposals and electing a Creditors’ Committee, as well as providing the opportunity for creditors to ask the Administrators questions.
Due to the current worldwide pandemic the meeting was held virtually via WebEx. The results of the resolutions to votes on the Administrators’ proposals and on the formation of a Creditors’ Committee can be found in the A15 notice here.
In summary, the Administrators’ proposals were approved and a Creditors’ Committee was formed.
