Helen Wheeler-Jones and Sarah O'Toole of PwC have been appointed as Joint Administrators (“the Joint Administrators”) of the Company as of 20 December 2024.
The Company is a woollen yarn manufacturer that supplies the carpet industry, based in the United Kingdom.
On appointment
As you are aware, Helen Wheeler-Jones and Sarah O'Toole of PwC have been appointed as Joint Administrators (“the Joint Administrators”) of the Company as of 20 December 2024.
The Joint Administrators traded the Company for the first week of the administration, but creditors should note that the site was closed for the Christmas holidays.
Following a period of marketing, on 24 December 2024, the Company sold its shares in LY Manufacturing Limited to Lawton Yarns Manufacturing Limited (being a connected party, as it is a company held by management in a separate group).
On 27 December 2024, the Company then sold its business and assets to LY Manufacturing Limited (now a subsidiary of Lawton Yarns Manufacturing Limited).
