Announcement of additional preferred equity distribution - 8 November 2021

Following the Joint Administrators' announcement dated 25 January 2021, the Joint Administrators have consented to a further request from the LBIE directors to make a distribution by way of dividend to LB Holdings Intermediate 2 Limited ("LBHI2"), as sole holder of LBIE's preferred equity, in the amount of £93m. This distribution was made on 14 October 2021 and brings the total distributed to date to LBHI2, in respect of its preferred equity, to £337m.
