Announcement of additional preferred equity distribution - 25 January 2021

Following the Joint Administrators' announcement dated 18 December 2020, the Joint Administrators have consented to a further request from the LBIE directors to make a distribution by way of dividend to LB Holdings Intermediate 2 Limited ("LBHI2"), as sole holder of LBIE's preferred equity, in the amount of £115m. This distribution was made on 21 January 2021 and brings the total distributed to date to LBHI2, in respect of its preferred equity, to £244m.
