Update – Announcement of proposed scheme of arrangement, pursuant to Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006, for a full and final settlement in respect of surplus entitlements and the payment of statutory interest – Update to the Practice Statement Letter - 2 May 2018

Further to the announcement made on 18 April 2018, a copy of which can be accessed here, the Joint Administrators have today written to all known creditors in relation to an important development which requires an update to the Practice Statement Letter that was sent to all known creditors on 18 April 2018 (the “PSL Update Letter”). A copy of the PSL Update Letter can be accessed here.
