Further to the announcement dated 6 June 2018 (which can be accessed here) in which the Joint Administrators announced that LBIE’s proposed scheme of arrangement was approved by the required majority of creditors at each of the four scheme meetings held on 5 June 2018, the chairman’s report in relation to voting at the scheme meetings can be accessed here.
