A copy of the judgment dated 18 June 2018 is available here and a copy of the second judgment dated 27 July 2018 is available here in respect of a scheme of arrangement between Lehman Brothers International (Europe) (in administration) and certain of its creditors pursuant to Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006, following the hearings of 13, 15 & 18 June 2018.
