Client Money Update - Client Money Application: Court Order - 12/10/2010
This update concerns the Court order arising from the Court of Appeal’s judgment on the Client Money Application that was handed down on 2 August 2010.
Detailed information in respect of the judgment can be found in the Client Money update of 2 August 2010. A copy of the order made by the Court of Appeal is available here.
The order sets out the Court of Appeal's formal directions on the issues it decided in the appeal. The order also deals with:
- Costs for the Joint Administrators and representative respondents; and
- Permission to appeal to the Supreme Court (further details of which can be found in the
Client Money update of 27 September 2010
).
