Progress Reports

The Liquidators’ are required to issue a progress report to all known creditors and counterparties following the end of a liquidator's appointment, or at twelve months since the last report, whichever is sooner, and the report must be issued within two months of the period end. Each report provides an account of the steps that have been taken in the liquidation of Thayer over a twelve month period.

Pursuant to Rule 18.7 of the Insolvency Rules (England and Wales) 2016, the Joint Liquidators' progress reports issued to date have been sent to all known creditors and counterparties.
