Update - Waterfall II Application â Parts A & B Appeals - UK Court of Appeal Listing - 18 February 2016

Pursuant to the permission to appeal granted in the Part A Order and Part B Order of Mr Justice David Richards sealed on 27 November 2015, the appeal hearing for Parts A and B of Waterfall II has now been listed for the week commencing 3 April 2017. It is currently scheduled to commence on the Monday with a time estimate of six days.
