Update – Waterfall II Application – Position Paper – 13 October 2014

On 10 October 2014 the Joint Administrators of Lehman Brothers International (Europe) (in administration) (“LBIE”) (the “Administrators”) filed and served their position paper, setting out the Administrators’ position (if any) on each of the questions set out in the Waterfall II Application and the basis upon which they adopt such a position. This is in accordance with the procedural order made by the Court on 25 June 2014 and in light of the three position papers that were filed and served on 19 September 2014 by the Respondents to the Waterfall II Application.
