Update – Waterfall II Application (the “Application”) –Skeleton Arguments for the Third Case Management Conference – 9 April 2015
On 10 March 2015, the Joint Administrators posted an update in relation to the case management conference (“CMC”) held in respect of the Application on 9 March 2015, together with the transcript of that CMC.
The Administrators have received a request from a creditor for copies of the skeleton arguments filed by the parties in advance of the CMC to be made available. Accordingly, copies of the skeleton arguments can be found below:
- Skeleton argument of the Senior Creditor Group;
- Skeleton argument of Wentworth;
- Skeleton argument of York; and
- Skeleton argument of the Joint Administrators.
