Update – Waterfall II Application (the “Application”) – Supplemental Position Papers and Statements of Agreed Facts – 29 April 2015
Pursuant to the Order of Mr Justice David Richards at the third case management conference held in respect of the Application on 9 March 2015 (the “CMC Order”), the following supplemental position papers have been filed in relation to Issue 36A:
- Senior Creditor Groups' supplemental position paper on Issue 36A
- Wentworths' reply supplemental position paper on Issue 36A
- Joint Administrators' supplemental position paper on Issue 36A
In accordance with the CMC Order, the LBIE Administrators have also filed and served the following documents:
- Statement of Agreed Facts in relation to Issues 34 and 35
- Statement of Agreed Facts in relation to Issue 36A
