Waterfall II Application (the â Applicationâ ) â Third Tranche Hearing â Joint Statement in respect of New York Law â 1 October 2015

Further to the order of Mr Justice David Richards following the case management conference held on 9 March 2015 (the “Order”), and in respect of Tranche C of the Application, Wentworth and the Senior Creditor Group filed the following joint statement in respect of New York law on 30 September 2015, in response to the questions set out in Schedule B of the Order (available here).
