Update - Waterfall III Application (the “Application”) - Further Position Papers - 28 March 2017

On 20 February 2017, the Administrators of Lehman Brothers Limited ("LBL") filed and served their response to certain requests made by LBHI2, LBH and LBEL, as set out in the Schedule to the Order dated 16 January 2017. This response updates the position of LBL as previously set out in its position papers. A copy of the LBL Administrators' response can be found here.

On 17 March 2017, the Administrators of Lehman Brothers Holdings Plc ("LBH") filed and served their position paper setting out: i) their positions (insofar as they take any positions) in relation to Issues 9, 11, 13 and 14 of the Application; and ii) the basis upon which they adopt such positions.
