Landlords

The joint administrators continued to trade the Companies until 13 January 2020. We can confirm that rents and service charge fees will be paid for the period of the Companies occupation during the administration period from the date when rent becomes due.

All landlords have been contacted by the joint administrators’ staff and by their instructed agents, CAPA, to discuss their requirements in relation to the  occupation of the leasehold properties during the trading period. 

We have recently been in communication with all landlords, and their agents, who are yet to submit their final rental invoices for the period of the Companies’ occupation. If a response has not been received we will assume that there are no outstanding balances and you will receive no further correspondence in respect of this matter.
