Ocean Fleet Seafood Ltd - in administration
Oliver Wright, Jane Steer and Peter Dickens of PwC have been appointed as joint administrators of OFSL on 11 October 2022 following an application to court by OFSL's qualifying floating chargeholder.
OFSL are involved in supplying live, fresh and frozen seafood products for the UK and Europe markets. OFSL has been impacted by a number of factors including reduced demand for shellfish and restrictions on exports - particularly into China as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, the end of the Brexit transition period and inflationary cost pressures.

Jane Steer and Peter Dickens have been appointed as Joint Administrators of Ocean Fleet Seafood Ltd to manage its affairs, business and property as agents and without personal liability.
