PCF Bank and PCF Credit Complaints

Following communication from the Companies on either 12 June 2024 or 14 June 2024, please note Ed Macnamara and myself were appointed as Joint Liquidators on 19 June 2024. We have communicated with those who submitted a complaint prior to the appointment by email July 2024. If you have not received that communication please email: uk_pcf_complaints@pwc.com   

We are aware of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) issuing a notice of the examination of motor finance commission arrangements. 

At present we are awaiting further detail from the FCA, which is currently expected in September 2024. Should it be established that claimants could have admissible claims against the Companies, we will contact you to provide further details on the liquidation process.
