PwC advised Foundation SP Limited (FSP) on a minority investment from leading mid-market private equity firm LDC

PwC Lead Advisory South is pleased to announce LDC minority investment in FSP.

FSP is headquartered in Reading and is an award winning provider of Digital Transformation services to a range of large enterprises and public sector businesses across numerous sectors. They design and deliver world-class digital solutions across business productivity applications, cloud applications, data & artificial intelligence alongside ongoing managed service support.

The team at FSP has grown successfully using a people centric approach, enabling high performance by bringing together its people, its digital solutions and the insights from its data. This has culminated in them winning numerous employer awards and is currently ranked #1 in the Great Place to Work 2020.

The minority investment from LDC will support FSP’s organic growth strategy, expansion into new sectors, explore acquisition opportunities and further strengthen the suite of digital services being offered.

PwC worked with the shareholders of FSP over the last 18 months to help them consider investment options, and prepare for and execute this transaction. The team was led by Tim Armstrong, supported by Andrew Keenan and Benjamin Colman. PwC also provided tax advisory services led by Alan Gasser, supported by Samual Cater.
