PwC’s TMT Lead Advisory team advises ISMS.online, a market-leading SaaS Information Security Management System (ISMS), on its investment from ECI. This deal provides a full realisation for Cow Corner, and supports the company’s strategy to expand into new global markets and adjacencies.
ISO 27001 certifications have increased by 450% in the last ten years, and the increasing complexity of global supply chains are leading to a greater requirement for international framework alignment. With an acceleration of regulatory pressure and external digital threats, good organisational practices are moving up the priority list.
Founded in 2015 and based in Brighton, ISMS.online has created its SaaS platform to provide an alternative to more traditional compliance routes, providing SMEs and enterprise customers globally with an easy-to-use cloud-hosted ISMS to facilitate the adoption of ISO 27001 and over 100 other standards.
ISMS.online was advised by PwC Lead Advisory, with the team consisting of Dan Gallagher, Chris Whitehead, Arjun Patel, Qasim Iqbal, Harrison Cooper-Lewis, James Longbottom and Matthew Fourie.
