PwC advises on the shareholder buyout of Airedale Group Holdings Limited
PwC have acted as lead advisor to Airedale Group Holdings Limited (“Airedale”) on raising debt financing to complete a shareholder buyout. As a result of the transaction, Chris Chadwick, Executive Chairman, becomes majority shareholder, with the remaining shareholding shared amongst the senior management team. The funding was provided by Pricoa Private Capital.
Founded in 1973, Airedale is a value-add distributor and manufacturer of speciality and commodity chemicals, differentiating itself through excellent customer service, reliability and flexibility. Based in Cross Hills, North Yorkshire and operating nationwide, Airedale serves the water treatment industry and has a strong position in other sectors, such as food and beverage.
