PwC Raise | Ventures advises Zapnito on £3.3m Series A capital raise

The PwC Raise | Ventures team is pleased to announce that it has advised online community engagement platform Zapnito in securing its £3.3m Series A funding led by Octopus Ventures.

Zapnito’s software platform allows organisations to build branded communities which allow them to engage the people who really matter to their business.

The Series A follows several years of strong growth and a growing client base including Springer Nature, Informa & the OECD. The funding will be used to continue to develop the platform and further scale sales and marketing efforts.

The PwC team advising on the deal are Glen Waters, Charlie Robinson, Matthew Ward, and Tom Hudson.
