PwC Real Estate Debt Advisory advises QHotels Collection Group on successfully refinancing its debt facilities

The loan facility comes off the back of strong trading across the portfolio of 19 UK resort style four-star hotels. The refinance demonstrates that high street banks remain open for business where the sponsor, collateral and operational income is strong. During the process we also received a significant amount of interest from alternative lenders which reflects the depth and breadth of appetite for higher yielding operational real estate, such as hotels.”
