We provide a global managed payroll service to over 160 countries. Our local payroll teams prepare and process payroll, prepare and submit filings with relevant tax and social authorities, respond to payroll queries and collaborate with our tax, HR and legal specialists to provide expert advice and support.

We bring our deep payroll expertise, highlighting any major changes in legislation affecting your payroll. We design, develop and implement appropriate processes and controls to ensure you remain compliant.

Our purpose-built, proprietary payroll technology provides a real-time view of payroll workflow across all countries and delivers consistency across payroll outputs. It is integration-ready via SFTP or API – with HCM systems such as Workday, Success Factors, Oracle, Dayforce as well as other systems including Finance, Banking, Expense, Benefits and Time & Attendance.

We are a Workday Global Payroll Partner and can integrate with Workday bi-directionally.

We also provide payroll consulting services, where we will assess your payroll model, systems, processes and controls. We determine where potential weaknesses may exist for remediation or help design your payroll operating model or case for change. Our emergency specialist support is available to help you deal with resource challenges such as capability or capacity.

It has never been more important to ensure effective HR processes and robustly manage staff misconduct.

The need to promote psychological safety and inclusive workplaces is coupled with increased reporting requirements, including those arising under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive. Senior leadership and external focus on staff misconduct makes the management of workforce risk a priority.

Our expert HR investigations and audit services support you comprehensively on the management of risky and sensitive staff matters, ensuring independent and compliant processes. We combine specialist employment lawyers, dedicated operational support and customised data extraction / analytics tools.

PwC offers a dedicated HR Legal Helpline through its HR Support service which includes access to specialist employment lawyers, providing advice on any employment issue and bespoke documentation. You also get access to an online HR Hub with template letters, FAQs, scripts etc. for your HR needs.
