On 11 March 2021, Ross Connock and Rob Lewis were appointed by the Secretary of State as Joint Liquidators of Uni Holdco Limited, the Company was a non trading holding company.
A winding up order was granted on 1 April 2020 and in response to creditor support, the Secretary of State agreed to appoint Ross Connock and Rob Lewis as Joint Liquidators. Their appointment is effective from 11 March 2021.

Ross Connock and Rob Lewis have been appointed as joint liquidators by the High Court to manage the affairs, business and property of the Company. The joint liquidators act in the capacity of agents of the Company, without personal liability. Both are licensed in the United Kingdom to act as Insolvency Practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. The joint liquidators are bound by the Insolvency Code of Ethics which can be found at:

The joint liquidators may act as Data Controllers of personal data as defined by UK data protection law depending upon the specific processing activities undertaken. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP may act as a processor on the instructions of the joint liquidators.
